I'm a huge fan of the Vista search box.

Press the Windows Key -> Type What You Want -> Hit Enter

Wham... no moe mousing around.

Just got a hot tip from Kate Gregory that pressing Ctrl-Shift-Enter runs the program 'As Administrator'
